At niabakeshop, we are committed to delivering all products efficiently and securely. Please review our shipping policy for details on processing times and delivery options.

 

1. Order Processing

  • All Orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

 

2. Shipping & Delivery Methods

We offer the following shipping and delivery options (Shipping costs will differ based on the shipping method and location - applied on checkout):

  • Standard Shipping – Available for all products.

  • Express Shipping – Faster delivery option for all prodcuts.

  • Local Pickup – Customers can collect baking supplies and fresh cupcakes from our store.

  • Fresh Cupcake Delivery – Delivered via Uber Collect or our trusted delivery partner.

 

3. Fresh Cupcake Deliveries

  • Fresh cupcakes are delivered via Uber Collect or our trusted delivery partner to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

  • Delivery is available for select locations. Please contact us for availability before checkout if its not uber collect.

  • Customers will be notified once their cupcakes are en route for delivery.

 

4. Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship all products worldwide.

  • Fresh cupcake deliveries are only available in Cape Town.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Baking supply orders will receive a tracking number via email once shipped.

  • Fresh cupcake deliveries can be tracked via Uber Collect or our delivery partner updates.

 

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 12 hours with photos of the damage. Not applicable to cupcakes, (We will not be held liable)

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in tracking it down, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

 

7. International Shipping 

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Delivery times for international orders may be longer due to customs processing.
